The Company
Reach International is working with this Global Accountancy firm to recruit a PRC Tax Manager for their office in Hong Kong. You must have at least 6 years of PRC Tax Experience
The Role
- Manage PRC tax advisory and compliance assignments
- Develop client relationships and identify business opportunities participating in the development, marketing and implementation of tax services
- Assist in leading the team and providing a supportive environment for team development and motivation
- Proactively Assist in meeting financial targets of the tax practice
- Proven ability to manage and develop staff through leadership, appropriate delegation, coaching and mentoring
- Help to manage risks within the business by understanding the firm’s risk management policies and ensuring compliance by the team
The Candidate
- University Degree in Law/Economics or Tax
- At least 6 years’ PRC Tax experience working in a professional services environment or similar
- Ability to work cross functionally
- Proven ability to manage and develop staff through leadership, appropriate delegation, coaching and mentoring
- Excellent written and verbal command of English and Mandarin is essential
