The Company
Reach International is working with this Global Accountancy firm to appoint Corporate Finance Managers to their Barbados office
The Role
- Prepare detailed financial models
- Plan and execute due diligence exercises
- Prepare valuation calculations, estimates and feasibility studies
- Define purchase price allocation and goodwill impairment
- Produce formal valuation opinions
- Perform valuation analysis and estimates for strategic planning, tax reorganisations etc
- Provide strategic advice on prospective acquisitions, divestitures and financing including structuring and negotiation transactions
- Preparation of projections for various scenarios of operation or closure, dealing with regulatory bodies, creditors, employees and trade unions, assessing risks and devising strategies, managing litigation and external counsel
- Understanding and evaluating financial and operational trends
- Assisting partners in identifying and exploring potential new business
- Managing, mentoring and training staff
The Candidate
- Strong Corporate Finance experience
- Currently or recently a Corporate Finance Manager in an accountancy firm or boutique
- Professional qualification such as CPA/CA/ACA/ACCA. CBV, ABV or CFA an asset
