The Company
Reach International is working with this Global Accountancy firm to appoint an Audit Senior Manager to their office in the Bahamas.
The Role
- Responsibility for a diverse portfolio of audit clients including such sectors as Financial Services, Hospitality, Leisure and Tourism
- Overseeing the work of Managers and Seniors
- Reviewing audit work papers
- Liaising with and providing expert advice to clients
- Reviewing and finalising financial statements
- Business development
- Contributing to Group Strategy, and managing Human Resources within the group
- Working closely with Partners, and experienced managers on the day-to-day operations of the group
- Playing a key role in the development of Managers
The Candidate
- Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent
- Currently or recently at Audit Senior Manager or Director level
- Financial services audit experience is essential
